Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Ease Squad ("we", "our", "us") to residential and commercial clients ("you", "your", "Client"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide cleaning and related property care services including but not limited to:

  • Standard & Deep Residential Cleaning

  • Move-in/Move-out Cleaning

  • Commercial/Office Cleaning

  • Window Cleaning

  • Power Washing

  • Parking Lot Striping

  • Add-on and Custom Services (upon agreement)

Consent for SMS Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Ease Squad Services, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Conversational messages

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your Conversational messages.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Ease Squad Services in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at info@easesquad.com.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance via phone, website, or email.

  • Appointment times are approximate and subject to delay due to weather, traffic, or prior job extension. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on square footage, condition of the property, or specific requests.

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, or ACH.

  • Commercial contracts may be invoiced with Net 7 or Net 15 terms upon approval.

  • Sales tax (currently 8.25%) will be applied to all taxable services as required by the State of Texas.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $40 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or entry denial on arrival will be charged 50% of the service fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the premises.

  • Notify us of any pets, hazards, or fragile items in advance.

  • Ensure utilities (water/electricity) are active during service.

  • Secure or remove valuables or irreplaceable items.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty surfaces or fixtures, or unreported issues.

6. Service Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of the visit.

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This applies only to areas included in the original request.

  • No refunds will be issued without a re-clean attempt.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Ease Squad will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss or theft unless proven due to gross negligence.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond reasonable limits.

8. Breakage & Damage Policy

  • Accidental damage caused by our staff will be reported and reviewed.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service.

  • Proof of value or receipt may be requested. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement at our discretion.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel services if:

  • The property is in extreme disrepair.

  • The client exhibits inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior.

  • Unsafe conditions are present.

10. Recurring Services & Promotions

  • Promotional rates for recurring services require a minimum of 3 visits.

  • Early cancellation may result in charges being adjusted to one-time rates.

11. Photos & Marketing

With your permission, we may take "after" photos for documentation and marketing purposes. These will never show personal items or identifying features and will only be used with written or verbal approval.

13. Changes to Terms

Ease Squad reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Montgomery County, Texas.

15. Use of Subcontractors & Independent Contractors

Ease Squad may, at its discretion, use subcontractors or independent third-party workers to fulfill cleaning services. All subcontractors are required to follow the same service quality standards and professional conduct expected by Ease Squad.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by subcontractors unless gross negligence is proven and documented. All subcontractors operate as independent agents and are responsible for their own insurance and taxes.

Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any Ease Squad subcontractor or worker for private jobs during or within 12 months of service completion, without written permission. A fee of $1,000 applies if violated.

16. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ease Squad, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your negligence or misconduct

  • Any third-party claims arising out of your use of our services

17. Force Majeure

Ease Squad shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (flood, hurricane, etc.)

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • Government restrictions or regulations

  • Power outages or transportation strikes

In such cases, scheduled services will be rescheduled without penalty.

18. Arbitration Clause

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held in Montgomery County, Texas.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court with jurisdiction.

19. Attorney Fees and Costs

If either party pursues legal action related to these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
